Maintaining & updating the Manpower data according to allocated states & dealers and also monitoring the attrition level in coordination with Field.
Achieve dealer wise training coverage target.
Ensure TRG of dealer & their network manpower in assigned state.
Module updating & development of existing trg modules as per need Updating of dealer manpower database quarterly.
Required Candidate profile
We are looking for a desired candidate with 2-7 years of experience with experience in providing technical training on product development, sales training with automobile industry experience.
